Riverlea housing development welcomes first residents
The first residents of the $3bn Riverlea housing development in Adelaide’s north have moved into their new home ahead of the start of construction of an $80m retail and lifestyle precinct.
Caleb Quinn and Danielle Frost are the first residents of Riverlea after recently moving into their four-bedroom house, just north of the palm tree-lined Riverlea Boulevard which marks the entry point into the new masterplanned estate.
